After 24 hours of placing your order, you will have to wait for your package to be delivered to you (4-6 business days) and start a return.

If you have not received your order within 7 bussines days after receiving your shipping information email, please contact us.
P.O Boxes.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes. So please enter a physical address when adding your shipping information.
What if my package is lost or stolen?

- We always recommend keeping track of your package and being ready for delivery day. Sometimes package carriers take extra time to deliver. Always check the front and back doors.
