Order processing times:

  • Please allow 1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays for your order to be processed for shipping. You will receive a second order confirmation email that your order has been shipped. All orders made after 6:00pm (Eastern time zone) will start to begin the process the next business day.  We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times:

  • (1-2) Days for processing + (3-5) bussines days of delivery time. 

Shipping Price and locations:

  • All orders are set to (FREE SHIPPING) to enjoy and explore our great quality and exclusive designs. (2025 Free Shipping)                       
  • "Idalia Suarez only offers shipping within the U.S.  We do not ship internationally.

Cancellations, modifications or exchange before shipping starts:

Our goal is to make you happy with your decision. If something is wrong like(size color, or shipping address). we can help you out. (Contact Us)

    1. Final sales are not eligible for modifications, exchanges, or cancelations.
    2. Within, 24 hours of placing your order you are eligible to:                                       
    3.  Exchange your product for a different size or color if it is available only.
    4. You can make a change to the shipping address. 
    5. Cancel your order if for some reason you are not satisfied. 

After 24 hours of placing your order, you will have to wait for your package to be delivered to you (4-6 business days) and start a return.

Check Status of your order:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which includes a tracking number You can use to check its status; Please Allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be available after placing your order.

You can also check the status of your order and start a return by logging in to your account.

If you have not received your order within 7 bussines days after receiving your shipping information email, please contact us.

P.O Boxes.

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes. So please enter a physical address when adding your shipping information. 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

    • "Idalia Suarez " is not liable for lost or stolen packages. 
    • We always recommend keeping track of your package and being ready for delivery day. Sometimes package carriers take extra time to deliver. Always check the front and back doors.

    •  If you would like to have a signature  or speed up your package please let me know within 24 hours after placing the order.
