If you are unsatisfied with your order, we can help you.
We offer returns for exchange, store credit, or refund to your original payment before shipping price, on eligible items and you must meet the full return and refund policy.
- We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Final sales products and gift cards are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
- Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them. It must not have stains, odors like: (perfume, smoke, odorant, etc..), alterations, or washed. All the original tags must be still attached. See Full Details

Return Process
- Log in to your account and follow the self-return steps.
- Return shipping labels will be provided after completing a Return Form. its have a cost of $10 US DOLLAR (must meet return policy)
- Returns are processed after your items are delivered back to our store and have passed inspection. We will notify you that we received your return.

Exchanges
- Exchange for size, color, or style of the same product item can be done only. Let us know if you request a return for exchange.
- inventory for exchanges is not guaranteed. If the item you are exchanging is no longer available or out of stock to process your exchange; you will receive an email to choose either store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
Store Credit
- Store credit will be an eGift Card; that does not expire and can be used towards future purchases.
Refund
- Refund returns have a refund fee of $10.00 which will be deducted from your refund amount. If you select store credit, this fee is waived.
- Extra shipping costs, shipping protection, discounts, and redeemed rewards are non-refundable.
- Once your refund is issued wait 10 business days for your refund to be available. sometimes your banking institution may require additional time to post the funds back to your account. Please contact your bank for any questions.
